Idlewide is just outside Cave Creek Canyon from the east. Choose from 10 campsites that are alongside the stream and sheltered by cypress trees. Camping spots can suite tents or small trailers, but nothing over 16 feet and there are no hookups. The Cave Creek Visitor Information Center is nearby.

Cave Creek Regional Park offers a 38-site campground, each able to accommodate a 45-foot RV. All sites are also equipped with electricity, water, picnic tables, barbecue grills and fire rings. Restrooms with flush toilets and hot showers are available. This is a first-come, first-served campground.
